This solicitaion has bee amended as of 16 Sep 19. The purpose of the amendment was to edit the Statement of Requiremetns in order to accomplish the following:

1. Removed the brand name specification of the lock package.
2. Reworded the 35db attenuation requirement to reflect db attenuation meeting or exceeding NSA 94-106.
