Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: demolition of in-ground swimming pool, fencing, associated pool equipment and pool deck. Remove small metal building, remove electrical panels, light poles & concrete footings. Install new conduits & wiring, place compacted backfill to fill the void. Install irrigated turf grass, concrete curb, and place bark. All other work described in the construction documents. License required to bid the project: A Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
