Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M., for: NWCC Bid # 22-004-18 Alumni Drive Parking Project The scope of work of this project is the construction of the base and pavement of a parking lot along Alumni Drive; sealing, restriping, and minor repairs to the Union Boulevard parking lot and portion of the Bobo Hall parking lot; construction of sidewalk and raised concrete crosswalk along Alumni Drive. Work shall be substantially complete on or before August 1, 2022. Contractor shall commence work on or before a date to be stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. It is estimated that the Notice to Proceed shall be May 10, 2022. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Contract Documents.
