The project is generally described as providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance necessary for the replacement of existing split system HVAC system with a packaged rooftop unit including ductwork, structural, and associated electrical work at Mechanicsville Elementary School, 7425 Mechanicsville Elementary Drive, Mechanicsville, VA 23111. All work shall be provided in accordance with the Project Manual and associated Contract Drawings.
