1. Base Bid: Contractor is to completely remove existing restroom partitions, while salvaging any attached items. Install new partitions meeting current ADA guidelines and re-attach salvaged items as required. 2. Psi-Ote Park – Alt. 1: Work includes but not limited to the demolition of existing metal stall partitions, replacement of exterior doors (and hardware), sinks and soap dispensers, capping plumbing lines and patching of concrete, epoxy concrete floor, painting of interior walls and ceilings of restroom, and the installation of new ADA toilet accessories such as grab bars.
