(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Evaluation will be conduction using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

(ii) The solicitation number is SP0600-13-Q-0236 and this is a request for quotations. A firm fixed price will be awarded.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular April 1, 2013.

(iv) This is a small business set-aside and the NAICS code is 324110.

(vi) Delivery Mode: Tank Truck (TT) with a pump and meter into 6/12,000 gallon above ground tanks. Contractor must furnish delivery ticket.
