BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Bid for HVAC construction contract .2 includes unit price items. Refer to the Unit Price Schedule included in the Bid Documents. 1. Demolish existing chiller, pumps, piping and concrete pump pads in mechanical room. 2. Provide new chiller, pumps, concrete pump pads, piping and patch flooring in mechanical room. 3. Replace control valves at all air handling units. 4. Integrate new systems into the existing BMS. The Bid for Electrical construction contract .4 includes: 1. Demolish electrical feeders for chiller and pumps back to panel. 2. Provide new electrical feeders to new equipment. ESTIMATED RANGE: .2 = $400,000 to $600,000 .4 = $50,000 to $100,000 Liquidated Damages - .2 HVAC Construction = $160.00 per day. .4 Electrical Construction = $80.00 per day.
