The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source contract with South Pointe Motor Line. This award is for the purchase of one 2004 Sport Classis M2 by Freightliner. Basis Specifications: 250 horsepower with 660 pounds of torque with exhaust brake and a hydraulic brakes system. Additional specifications are available upon request. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c) (1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i).
