This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Please review the attached Solicitation & provide an offer in either Latvian Lats or Euro. Please return pages 1 and 2 of the solicitation with your company contact info on page 1 and the line items costs on page 2.

The Contractor shall provide bus transportation delivered to various locations in both Latvia and Estonia as outlined in attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision to perform these services.
Price Quotes are required no later than 1200 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST) on MONDAY 7 MAY 2012.

We are currently waiting on funding for this requirement, but we anticipate awarding this contract not later than 14 MAY 2012.
