This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation F2977C332802 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses and NAICS code 332439 SIC 3412 applies, which has a small business size standard of 500 employees. The requirement for the CONEX targets consists of: (CLIN #0001 Quantity, and Description) Contractor provides 25 Conex Targets i.e. Cargo Containers or equal. Must be 20’X8’X8’ metal containers, does not need to be watertight. Floors do not need to be solid, but must remain intact during airlift. PRICE MUST INCLUDE THE DELIVERY OF 5 CONEX TARGETS TO EIELSON AFB, AND THE OTHER 20 CONEX TARGETS MUST BE DELIVERED TO BLAIR LAKES OVER THE CUSHMAN ST ICE BRIDGE BETWEEN 26 JAN 04 - 27 FEB 04. If quoting on an “or equal” vendor must include sufficient information to allow evaluation. Contractor must be CCR registered to receive award.
