The Government has a requirement for one (1) vehicle to be used by NASA as Frequency Montoring Van. The vehicle shall be based on a Chevy 5500, cab and chassis with a custom body built to accommodate the electronic equipment and antenna's to meet NASA's mission. Overall length shall be 28 feet, overall height shall be 13 ft 6 inches with customer antenna's installed and maximum width shall be 8 feet. The vehicle shall be rated for operation at no less than 19,000 pounds. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. Solicitation to be issued on or about July 29, 2005 and closes on or about August 31,2005.
