MCLC Albany intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with the original equipment manufacturer, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, for the LVS MK15 TRAILER CONVERSION KIT. Each kit consists of numerous parts with varying quantities. The Government does not have a Technical Data Package for a competitive acquisition. This action is unrestricted and has a NAICS code of 33635 and the size standard is 750 employees. A formal solicitation will not be issued and the solicitation number is for reference purposes only. Any responsible party may submit a proposal for this requirement, which may be considered by the agency.
