(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FE462652690016
The clause at FAR 52.211-6, Brand name or Equal applies to this requirement.
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05.
(iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336214 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
(v) This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of three (3 ea.) 3-11SC Pickup campers (modified). âBRAND NAME OR EQUAL- for the Malmstrom AFB 341 SSPTS with the following requirements:
CLIN 0001: (3 EA.) 3-11SC Pickup Campers (modified). This product must be delivered fully assembled and include the following. Description: Hard wall siding; extended cab over with privacy curtain; convert-a-bunk pad; 6 cu ft LP/electric refrigerator; gun storage drawer; one piece modeled fiberglass bath/shower; LP forced air furnace with wall thermostat 20m; insulated heated basement holding tank area; direct spark two 7 gal LP tank capacity; adjustable shelving brackets; clock; cutting board; 3 interior access doors; pleated blinds; Atwood wireless remote electric jacks; swing-away jack brackets; air conditioner; side mounted awning; rear mounted awning; LP generator; LP microwave; storm windows; amplified TV antenna; folding aluminum camper steps; camper bumper with step; TV cabinet with swivel tray; sliding bathroom door, LED lighting; 12V range hood w/ light & fan; 3-burner range w/ oven & piezo igniter; bi-fold range cover; 6 gallon glass lined water heater w/ bypass kit, demand water system; combination city & portable water fill; double stainless steel sink; outside shower assembly; pedal flush toilet; medicine cabinet; 10 ft drain hose w/ fitting and clamp; skylight roof vent; 12V bathroom skylight vent; large escape hatch; heated cab over; systems monitor panel; AM/FM CD stereo; pre-wire for microwave; pre-wire for fantastic fan; TV cable & phone jacks; cedar lined closet; 12V automatic closet lights; fire-extinguisher; pass through cab window; dark tinted radius window; lexan bubble windows w/ storms; radius entry door w/ screen door; hardwood entry threshold; filon insulated exterior access doors; rubber front bumpers; roof racks & ladder; and full walk-in roof.
We modified the above with the following changes: Installed for dually long box; removable safety brackets with gussets welded to the frame; must be installed on-site at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana (Great Falls); must have a maintenance agreement; no interior drawers or doors with the exception of electrical/latrine/entry/exit/access panels/emergency exit, no mirrors or medicine cabinet with the exception of one wall mounted mirror in the latrine; no fluorescent lights; only dual bulb lamps; cover all drawer and door removal with 11SC fire design specs, LP generator must be 3.4 KW; miniblinds on windows only; no front overhead windows; change overhead bunk space front to aerodynamic design; mounted microwave; 5 cu refrigerator, not 6; one of the Atwood jacks needs to be able to be inverted for local police modification; no cutting board; no bed step; no clock; toilet only/no shower or exterior shower hook-up; make sliding door for the latrine a hinged door; modify closet into a two M-4/M-16 weapon rack and additional two 7 gal LP storage area with exterior access to the tanks only; remove all storage containers around the overhead bunk area and modify the double bed in two twins with 20-24 inches between each bed; modify the dinette over head bunk area to a hinged drop down with cargo netting; and modify dinette area to accommodate two with bench seats/permanently affixed table.
(vi) Delivery requested no later than 60 days ARO. FOB destination, Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402.

(viii) Quotes will be evaluated on price, price related factors and ability to meet specifications.
(ix) The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications â Commercial Items.
