The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah, Grand Staircase National Monument, seeks a vendor to provide three (3) UTVs to include consideration for traded in ATVs. The UTV shall be a Yamaha Viking 700 EPS or approved equal. Full details for the purchase and trades are on specification sheet attached to this solicitation. Price must include delivery and pick-up of the trades. Consideration must be given for the trades, and trade-in value must be itemized by vehicle being traded in. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have 1,500 employees or less. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 336112. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical competency being a pass / fail. It is the sole decision of BLM Utah if a contractor is technically acceptable or not, and if an alternative product is considered equal.
