The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Northwest Region, requires herbicide application services of approximately 171 acres for the treatment and control on all multiflora rose, autumn olive, Asiatic honeysuckle, Oriental bittersweet, Japanese barberry and Privet on 5 treatment blocks on State Game Lands 197 located in Warren County. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, equipment and herbicide for the herbicide application.
