The PA Game Commission (PGC), Bureau of Wildlife Protection (BWP), Training Division is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure fitness equipment to be delivered and set-up by vendor at our agency’s Ross Leffler School of Conservation training facility fitness center. Interested bidders must read and agree to meet the specifications listed below and submit a workplan accompanied with product brochures containing specifications for proposed fitness equipment to be ordered from vendor’s existing inventory. Bidders, please note, that bid submissions for this project must include the total cost of the equipment including, but not limited to, applicable set-up fees, delivery costs, etc., which may alter the final cost of the bid. No substitutions will be accepted, the only bid that will be accepted, and awarded, is to the lowest responsible bidder capable of delivering the products that match the equipment listed above and meets the Terms of Contract listed below.
