The City of Greenville is assisting the Greenville Transit Authority (GTA), d.b.a. Greenlink, in soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) to develop a short-list of qualified firms (preferably no more than 2) to provide on-call planning services for various planning and policy development/update projects. This RFQ will result in the establishment of a short-list of firms that will be eligible to participate in future projects that are related to this solicitation.
