Project consists of 1.2 miles of reinforced concrete pavement immediately east of the railroad at Dimmitt Highway (SH 194) to N. Columbia Street, all necessary dirt work also including lime stabilizing subgrade, signing and striping, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, miscellaneous concrete flatwork, and traffic signal improvements at Quincy Street and Joliet Street intersections.
