This notice is for planning purposes. All interested parties should respond by submitting the Sources Sought Information requested including the Form by 06 MAR 2018 9:00AM Central Time. Tennessee National Guard may issue one solicitation and one award for a Firm Fixed Price contract. Period of performance is expected to 1-3 JUNE 2018 (dates are not flexible) which includes; LOCATION(S): (in order) 1. NASHVILLE (MIDDLE TN AREA) 2. EAST TN 3. Rooms will be paid outside of the contract by individual guests. • One (1) Conference Room/Ball Room for 3 days to seat 1800 people per day comfortably; Can be used for lunch banquet o Room will break down to seat comfortably smaller groups of 450 people • Four (5) Break-Out Rooms for two (2) days (conjoining or located in close proximity to each other) o Youth Programs o 2 Conf. rooms to hold 40 people o 3 Conf. rooms to hold 15 people and open space for free play o 1 table outside of room for registration • Lobby: 15 vendors to have 6ft-8ft table with 2 chairs; • Meals: o Breakfast 1800 per day for 2 days (buffet) (3600 total) o Lunch 1800 per day for 2 days (buffet) (3600 total) o Children: 100 per day (lunch meal in room) (200 total) • Internet & AV requirements will be assessed in the solicitation All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a contractor no later than 06 MAR 2018 at 9:00am CST. This notification, which shall not exceed Five (5) typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to propose as the contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) and (3) a listing of projects completed by the company during the past five(5) years, both for government and private industry projects. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location of project, Point of Contact (POC), and POC email are to be included.
