Pickett Subsistence Contract SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources interested in Food Supply deliveries for Ft. Pickett, VA. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond by submitting the Sources Sought Information Request Form. Tennessee National Guard may issue a solicitation and award. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than December 14, 2017, at 11:00am CST. This notification, which shall not exceed three typewritten pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to propose as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached). The type of performance, dollar value, contract number, location of performance, Point of Contact (POC), and POC email are to be included.
