Request for proposal for five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for purchase of Cummins commercial, proprietary products and services, specifically: 1) new or remanufactured Cummins Series V903 diesel engines; 2) technical, engineering and product support services. This acquisition will support the following vehicle systems: BFVS, MLRS, M9ACE and (Marine Corps) AAV.
