The contractor shall provide one complete engine assembly, torque converter, transmission , and transfer case together in a power pack and in a ready to run configuration Remanufactured components must be provided from vendors who are designated by GMC as authorized rebuild centers or vendors that can provide objective evidence that validates t heir rebuild process, parts, testing and service as meeting GMC OEM specifications and authorization standards. All components shall meet OEM new or NMWR/TM remanufactured specifications. The contractor will be provided used core power-pack assemblies, exc hanged on a one-for-one basis, with either 6.2L or 6.5L-detuned engines.
