PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) TO ADD PRS AND POST BPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS DOCUMENT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.

General Description of Services to be Performed: The 187th Fighter Wing at Dannelly Aireld in Montgomery, AL intends to establish a Catering Services BPA for the 280th Special Operation Communication Squadron in Dothan, Alabama.  The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Catered Meal Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
