This is a First Destination Program, therefore FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination applies.  The Guaranteed Minimum is 8 each for the base year only. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 30 each, Minimum Delivery Order is 8, Maximum Delivery Order is 15 each, and Maximum Contract Quantity is 225 for the base year and for each option year.  Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
