Required delivery is 360 ea within 10 days of contract award, with 360 ea or remaining balance every 30 days thereafter. The Government will consider only quotes for Detroit Diesel Inc OEM par ts. FAR 6.302-1 Only One (or a limited number of)Responsible Source(s). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate OEM parts from Detroit Diesel., under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested pe rsons may identity their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however proposals received within 7 days after date of this synopsis may be considered. A determination not to fully compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is fully within the discretion of the government.
