Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for commercially available miniature/microminiature (2M) Kits and piece parts for solder workstations.  The contract will cover a five-year period and will be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.  The solicitation will be issued for brand name only for critical kit items and brand name or equal for miscellaneous parts in accordance with Statutory Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  A list of the brand name only manufacturer(s), part numbers, and brand name or equal items will be provided as enclosures to the solicitation based on the following CLIN structure:

The minimum contract award amount is $10,000 with a maximum contract award amount of $4,500,000.  Various quantities may be ordered over the five-year life of the contract.  Delivery terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.  The anticipated award date is 01 November 2021.

This is anticipated to be 100% small business set-aside and all responsible small business sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Part 13.
