The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), a firm fixed price, supply type contract for manufacture and delivery of 1 each Orbital Weld System with training at manufacturer’s facility for government personnel prior to delivery to PSNS, in accordance with the attached ordering data. FOB Destination to Bremerton,WA. Required delivery date is 10-12 weeks after date of contract. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors.
