Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Maritime Industrial intends to contract for one (1) each Engineered Hydraulic Press System (0-50 ton), PHI Model # 50R1818S-2UHHO-E-M(1)-S5-R or equal. Full Specifications shall be established in the written solicitation. A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 12. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NNSY, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000 and is required on or before 23 September 2005. The closing date for receipt of offers will be 22 July 4:00 PM (local time).
