The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as necessary for completing all work associated for adding a new 34.5kV bay to the DISTRICT’S Norfolk North 115kV substation located near Norfolk, Nebraska. The work includes the removal/installation of steel structures, equipment stands, breaker, switches, angle bus, insulators, underground conduit, cable, ground grid, and related equipment.
