Asian Neighborhood Design has been selected as the Architect for 348 Precita Eyes Expansion Project in San Francisco, CA. We are currently requesting bid proposals from qualified General Contractors for the structural upgrades and building renovation of this project, including those certified with the San Francisco Contract Monitoring Department (CMD) as local business enterprises (LBE''s). The Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) has assigned an SBE participation goal of 18% for this project. The property is zoned NC-1 Bernal Heights North Historic District. There are three residential units with R-2 occupancy and one commercial space with B occupancy. Key scope areas of focus include the following: - Structural upgrades - Electrical system updates - Plumbing upgrades - Bathroom improvements - Interior and Exterior painting - Exterior siding repairs - Roofing repaid and replacement - Window replacement Labor Requirements: Prevailing Wage Project Schedule: Start: November 2018 (approx.)
