Subject: Requirements for shop towels, floor mats, and coverall cleaning
Hours of delivery: Monday or Tuesday between 0700-1500, Building 450.
Inspection and Administration: Point of contact will be at building 450 Room 63 for inspection, and acceptance of work performed. Only those personnel appointed by the attached sheet are authorized to accept work performed.
Delivery: Enter building 450 through the front door and deliver of all shop towels, and coveralls will be in room 63. All floor mats will be placed in locations specified below starting with item 4.
Items to be cleaned may contain various chemicals to include but not limited to the following: JP-8, gasoline, Grease, oil, hydraulic fluids, diesel fuel, paint, lead, benzene, and anti-freeze.
It is critical that vendor selected for the contract clean both contractor owned rags, and customer owned coveralls. The vendor requested does both items.
1) Contractor to supply and clean 100 first washed white shop towels weekly
2) Contractor to supply and clean 300 red shop towels weekly
3) Contractor to pick up customer owned coveralls and clean and return to customer
4) Front door entry way 2 each 4âX6â black scrapper mats
5) Front door tile area 2 each 3âX10â grey appearance mats
6) Front side stairwell door 1 each 3âx4â gray appearance mat
7) Door 113 - 3 each 3âx4â grey appearance mats
8) Room 111, 112, 114, 117, AGE break room, 77, 87, 139 â 1 each 3âx4â grey appearance mats
9) Door 74 â 2 each 3âx4â grey appearance mats
10) Doors 51, 74 inner door â 2each 3âx4â grey appearance mats
11) Doors 63, 69, AGE outer door â 1 each 3âx10â grey appearance mats
12) Door 133 â 2 each 3âx10â gray appearance mats
