This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F63CES33010100 - RM is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16, 17 (31 OCT 03). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 488490, with annual gross revenue not to exceed $6 million. Statement of Work: Contractor shall provide all personnel/labor, equipment, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to assist in snow and ice removal operations at Altus AFB, OK. Contractor shall provide Two (2) each motor graders (equivalent in size and horsepower to a Caterpillar 12F) with operators and Two (2) each front-end loaders (equivalent in size and horsepower to a Case W-14) with operators. Contractor shall furnish and install all blades and cutting edges required to maintain and operate specified equipment. Contractor shall provide all supplies (fuel, oil, filters, etc.) in the performance of this contract. All equipment must be ready, available and on-site to begin performance within 4 hours of notification by Government personnel. The Government will maintain command and control of all operations; however, immediate supervision of operators will be the responsibility of the contractor. (end SOW).
