The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue (under FAR Part 12) a sole source procurement to Transient Environmental Alert Management, 608 Potomac Place, Southlake, TX 76092.Transient Environmental Alert Management will provide trained and qualified personnel, supplies, some specific equipment, management and other services to perform transient alert aircraft services, aircraft utility work and aerospace and ground support equipment for a period of three months at the Kelley Annex of Lackland Air Force Base, TX. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider any proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
