This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F1CERU22320300 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3541, NAICS Code 333512, small business size standard of 500 Employees.(V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Lathe, 13 inch X 40 inch American Turnmaster (Colchester Type) or equal. Includes but is not limited to: 4-inch camlock spindle 1 9/16, spindle hole, 5 HP 220 volt, 3-phase motor. Squaring tool post, threading dial, inch/metric dial (simple type), coolant system, full length splash guard, steady rest, follow rest, micrometer bed stop, halogen work light, chuck guard with switch, 7 inch 3 jaw chuck, 8 inch 4 Jaw chuck. QTY 01 EA. Line Item 0002, Freight (FOB Dest.) to Andersen AFB, Guam. QTY 01 EA Line item may be left blank if no freight required. NOTE: If items on GSA contract, please list contract #: ______________________ (VI) If supplying an or equal product, please supply specifications with quote package. (VII) Place of delivery: 36 CES/CEORV Attn: Stephen Moquin, Andersen AFB, Guam, 96543. (VIII) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies. (IX) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated on price, and past performance. (X) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. (XI) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (XII) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (XIII) Subject to the AVAILABILTY OF FUNDS.
