I. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT

The Regional Contracting Office, at Building D-10, Soto Cano Air Base, Palmerola, Comayagua, Honduras requires the following:

0001 Multiple applications of pesticides to control vectors and rodents indigenous to the area of operation as specified in table 1 of attached PWS.

0002 Contractor Manpower Report

The contractor shall report ALL Contractor manpower (including subcontractor manpower) required for performance of this contract. See attached PWS for more details.

III. STREAMLINED SOLICITATION:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial non-personal services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W912QM-13-Q-0032 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-65, effective date 29 January 2013.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561710 with a small business size standard of $7.0. This requirement is not being set aside for Small Businesses.
