The purpose of this amendment (Amendment number 0001) is to:

1.) Remove Task 6G, 3000 Tons of Gravel for the Phase 3B Root Wads Site from the requirement, reducing the total amount of gravel to 12,000 tons to be delivered and injected into 6 sites in accordance with the Performance Work Statement; and

2.) Extend the quote due date to May 13, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
