The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), Northport VA Medical Center, located in Northport, New York, is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hub zone, 8(A) or Small Business with the ability to Furnish a new Sterilizer/Compactor R. H. complete with a 30 Cu. Yd. Liquid Sealed Roll-Off Container, 20 each 96 Gallon Trainable DOT Cart w/Lid-Latches & Bio-Hazard Symbol (Red), Mounted Cart Dumper, Weighing System, Stage l/ll Cold Weather Package, 50' Heavy Duty Steam Wash Down Kit, Full Length Flared Guide Channels, Intel-l-Com System w/ln-House Monitoring Software Package, Sterilizer & Compactor Spare Parts Package and a Deodorant System Package. The Contractor must also place the new Sterilizer/Compactor R. H. within the footprint of the removed Sterilizer/Compactor and properly anchor it to the concrete pad. Sterilizer/Compactor must Fit within the following: 6" thick concrete slab 8' wide by 13.6' long and ceiling height is 10' Sterilizer/Compactor must automatic discharge into a 30 cu. Yd. container Furnish, properly align, and secure the 30 Cu. Yd. Liquid Sealed Roll-Off Container guides. Provide all required utility hookups (electric, plumbing, steam, etc.), that are within 6 feet of the unit, and be responsible for same. Provide a startup and setup of the unit along with test cycles to ensure proper operation and all required parameters are met and provide documentation of same.
