This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase quantity (2) Helitest Helium Leak Detectors, NSN 4920-01-579-1964, or equal for delivery to Fresno, CA zip code 93727. This is a request for quote. Training in the use of the Helium leak detectors must be included with the purchase of the detectors.
Delivery is requested to be within 30 days after receipt of a purchase order for the detectors.
The following FAR and DFAR clauses and provisions are hereby incorporated into this solicitation: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.249-2 Termination for Convenience of the Government; 52.249-8 Default (fixed price supply and services); 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference; 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items.
Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) or able to be registered. Quotes are due by 10:00am PST on or before September 25, 2012.
