The Department of Veterans Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to enter into a sole source purchase order agreement with Stratasys Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the exclusive authorized distributor for the Fortus 450MC GEB II System products sold by Stratasys. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333244 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government.
