1. Services Provided: Electro Neurophysiologic Technologist as Needed. The Contractor shall provide VA and Joint Commission Certified Interoperative Monitoring Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Columbia VAMC.
  1. Place of Performance: - Contractor shall furnish services at the Truman VA Medical Center, Columbia, MO 800 Hospital Dr. Columbia, MO 65201.
2. Scope: - The Contractor shall provide as needed and case-by-case service that enables Columbia VAMC to offer IONM options for patients under the direct medical care within the operating room. The IONM Contractor must be experienced and available to cover scheduled and emergency cases 24/7/365, within one hour of notification. Contractor Electro Neurophysiologic Technologist (s) shall provide interoperative neuromonitoring services which will also include Somatosensory Evoked Potential (SSEP) and Electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring.
