The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to furnish and deliver FOB destination to the C&D warehouse in Billings, Montana one Scorpion Model 800 ST hydraulic breakout wrench or approved equal with the following salient characteristics: *A gas motor with at least 5.5 horsepower with built-in power pack *Minimum make up torque of 45,000 lbs *Minimum break out torque of 50,000 lbs *Range of 2" to 16" with a reducer package *Mounted on a 2-wheel dolly *Weighs approximately 1,200 lbs Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures on or around November 17, 2008 with quotes being due on or around December 1, 2008. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333132 and a size standard of 500 employees.
