The City of Davenport is accepting bids for full-width reconstruction on East 38th Street from east of Spring Street to west of Belle Avenue (south). Project work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary including but not limited to: pavement removal, subdrain installation, new subbase, PCC paving with integral curbing, PCC sidewalk and driveway approaches, ADA ramps, topsoil, and seeding. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies, or any other method will be accepted.
