Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTATIONS are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is AG- 04GG-S-08-0011 and this requirement is being issued as a Request for Quote. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 423830 - small business size standard is 100 employees. The USDA Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, R-6 Central Oregon Region, 1001 SW Emkay Dr. Bend, OR 97702. The scope of work consists of supply and delivery of 1 Class 931 Forklifts.

INSPECTION: Inspection will be done when delivered to Regional Air Group by either Kerry Lackey or John Hargis. The forklift must past inspection before acceptance.
