Note 22. This will be an Alpha Contract for the Pilot Reset of 6 Each M4K Rough Terrain Forklift vehicles returning from Southwest Asia to determine how much in dollars and effort to Reset more such vehicles through a Reset Program. CNH (formerly C ase) will be the sole source contractor in charge of this Program as they are the manufacturer of this particular vehicle system and have the technical, manpower and logistics capability to perform this Contract.
