This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Please reference 5000148342-1 with your quote and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.  This solicitation is a total small business set-aside.  The NAICS code is 334310. 

The IRS intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price purchase order under reference number 5000148342-1.   The requirement is for twenty-one (21) Laser projectors with the following specifications:
