Hurlburt Field FL is conducting research to determine the existence of potential business sources to provide test, tear down, quote (TD&Q) and complete required and authorized repairs on two 400 hertz converter. Please see attached Statement of Work for detailed requirements. Pricing should be broken out as follows: By each phase of the requirement i.e. test, teardown, quote and complete/repair.
