This solicitation will result in a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA) with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 4010-00-286-2681, ROPE, WIRE. This is a QPL item. The item intended sources are Central Wire Industries, LLC (CSGE 3Z953), Loos & co., Inc. (CAGE 59157) or Continental Cable, LLC (CAGE 9N899). DLA Aviation may or may not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the government furnish the information. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition; however, this part is controlled by qualified products list (QPL) procedures. Any manufacturer, other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/Aviation/Source%20Approval%20Handbook.pdf; and be on the QPL listing at the time of award. The estimated annual quantity is 4,967 each. This is a Critical Application Item. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance: DESTINATION. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery is 103 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). This solicitation includes Procurement Note provision L09, Reverse Auction.
