This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 4030-01-515-2040, Shackle.  The estimated annual quantity is 880 units.  The item intended sources are: Ulven Machinery Company, Inc. (CAGE 95975) P/N: 5326312SP or Oshkosh Defense, LLC (CAGE 75Q65) P/N: 3491953.   DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government.   Any manufacturer, other than the intended sources wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR).  This procurement is UNRESTRICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.  The following terms apply: FOB:  DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance; DESTINATION.  Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK).    Production delivery will be 72 days after date of award.  Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) apply.  Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
