The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System (VAGCVHCS) Intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Rees Scientific Corp, for a Centron SQL Monitoring System for VA owned Rees Scientific Equipment. The NAICS code for this procurement is 81129, with a size standard of 100 employees. Rees Scientific has properitary rights for this service. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this procurement. This presolicitation notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or request for offers.
