This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government intends to make a single award; therefore, offers must quote all the line items indicated in the solicitation. No award will be made for less than the full requirements shown in the solicitation. Any offeror offering less than all of the solicitation requirements may be precluded from consideration for award if the Contracting Officer elects to make an award without opening discussions.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to SSG Thrasher's email inbox by the time specified. The Government will not be held responsible for proposals that were not received by the time stamp in the Contract Specialists' email inbox. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL IN ENGLISH WILL RESULT THE PROPOSAL NOT BEING CONSIDERED.

Notwithstanding any other in the Request for Quotation shall submit quotes in response to the solicitation in EURO or US Dollars as appropriate.

Failure to address any of the factors will result in the proposal being evaluated quote mark unacceptable quote mark . Offeror shall prepare proposals in accordance the instructions below. Failure to submit the proposal to the email address listed in this paragraph by the date and time stated above, will render the entire proposal late.
